Our Process

01.

Contact Me

Contact me and tell me what you're after. I'll send you a questionnaire to fill out to determine if we're a good fit.

02.

Consulation

If we move forward after that I'll set up a consultation (via email, over the phone or in person) and we can discuss your vision (if you have one) for your photoshoot.

03.

The Photoshoot

The fun part! Once you've paid your retainer and booked your date, we'll have our photoshoot! The shoot is typically 1 hour and full of fun and laughter.

04.

Delivery

Within 48 hours after our shoot I will email you with a couple sneak peaks! And in two weeks you will be emailed with a link to your own private online gallery. There you can pick your favourite 25 images to download, purchase more images if you'd like and also have the chance to purchase wall art or photo albums.

FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

You will choose 25 digital images. These will be sent to you via your very own private online gallery.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

The best time for a newborn session is when baby is between 8 to 20 days old. This is because this is when baby is still sleepy and it's much easier to get those sweet, cosy photos. The actual time of the day depends on which location you choose, indoor or outdoor. If the session is in your home then we'd want the session to be mid morning, around 10am. The light in your home will be soft by then and not harsh or dull. Outdoor's would be closer to sunset to get that soft, magical light. We want to stay away from harsh light and dim light.

How should we dress for our family session?

Upon booking I will send you my Session and Style Guide that will have all the information you need. I want you to look like you, be confident and feel beautiful in what you're wearing. But I do have a few requests!

We don’t feel very confident in front of the camera, is that ok?

That is perfectly ok! Part of my job is to make you comfortable. With my documentary smile I'll be flittering around you as you interact with each other so don't be scared of awkward poses.
